Assistant Driller
to join our team based in
Hemel Hempstead, UK.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to join a supportive and experienced team that focuses on quality and H&S. We work all over the UK ranging from inner-city to countryside locations.
Responsibilities
* Working outside throughout the year in varying locations around the UK (staying away is often required; all expenses paid)
* Assisting Lead Drillers in our Drilling Department on sites all over the UK ranging from inner-city to countryside locations
* Undertaking general labouring duties e.g., erecting fences, general reinstatement, delivery of consumables, hand dug inspection pits and collection of samples
* Manual handling and moving heavy items, plus training in the use of some site equipment and plant
* Assisting with tasks in the Warehouse
* Opportunities to work on all of our rig types
About You
* Must have a full UK driving licence.
* Have a flexible approach to working with a focus of delivering results.
* Be reliable and have good time-keeping skills.
* Enjoy working as a team and have the ability to work individually on tasks.
* Be able to carry out physically challenging tasks.
* Be able to follow strict industry health and safety and environmental standards.
* A CSCS Card is desirable but not essential.
