The Role
We're looking for a proactive, visually driven and creatively curious Content & Creative Designer to become the visual engine of the brand.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can turn ideas into assets quickly and effectively across digital, social, campaigns and product. Working closely with the Head of Brand, Social, Performance and Product team, you'll help bring concepts to life, elevate creative consistency and support the execution of high-impact brand moments.
This is not a traditional design role. It's ideal for someone who enjoys both conceptual thinking and hands-on execution, and who is excited by the opportunity to grow alongside a scaling brand.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Production
· Design digital assets across web, email, paid, social and campaign channels
· Create visual content that supports launches, activations and marketing initiatives
· Deliver high-quality creative output at pace while maintaining brand consistency
Content Creation & Shoot Execution
· Support the Social team with content capture for short-form and reactive formats
· Assist in planning, organising and executing shoots from concept through to delivery
· Source locations, props, references and visual inspiration to support creative direction
· Work with photographers, studios and external creatives to bring ideas to life
· Attend shoots to support production, capture behind-the-scenes content and ensure brand alignment
Content Development
· Translate creative ideas into visuals, mock-ups and moodboards
· Support campaign concept development through visual thinking
· Contribute ideas for content formats, creative hooks and storytelling
Brand Consistency & Visual Identity
· Apply and uphold brand guidelines across all touchpoints
· Help evolve the brands visual language as it grows
· Ensure consistency across channels, formats and outputs
Product & Packaging Creative
· Support visual development of packaging, product concepts and mock-ups
· Create assets for product launches, gifting and brand moments
· Work with internal teams and suppliers to bring concepts the life
Collaboration
· Work closely with the Head of Brand, Social, Product and Performance teams and external partners
· Support cross-functional teams with creative needs
· Contribute to improving processes, workflows and output efficiency
What We're Looking For
Essential
· Minimum 3+ years' experience in design, content or creative roles
· Strong portfolio demonstrating both creative thinking and high-quality execution across multiple formats
· Highly proficient in industry tools such as Adobe Creative suite and Figma, with confidence using supporting tools such as Canva, CapCut or equivalent where appropriate
· Strong motion design / motion graphics capability
· Experience across both digital and print design
· Experience supporting and assisting on content shoots and creative production
· Ability to work at pace without compromising quality or brand standards
· Excellent visual instincts and strong attention to detail
· Highly organised with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bonus
· Packaging design or product development (NPD) experience
· Experience within beauty, fragrance, fashion or lifestyle brands
· Photography or videography skills
