We are looking for a Consulting Manager with a strong background in Digital Marketing to join our fast-growing consulting team based in London.
As a Consulting Manager, you will manage the end-to-end delivery of our client projects, building strong relationships with many of our big-name clients.
You will supervise a team of highly skilled Digital Analytics Consultants and will be accountable for delivery: understanding the customer’s needs, responding to client questions, being sensitive to the impact of all deliverables, respecting deadlines, and clearly articulating fifty-five’s value proposition.
As a senior team member, you will demonstrate leadership and ensure customer satisfaction on all client projects. You will also be responsible for developing and upskilling junior team members and upholding the values of fifty-five.

Responsibilities
Reporting to an Associate Director, you will be responsible for:
1. Pre-sales/Consultative selling: Business development within your client accounts; identifying and converting upsell opportunities for existing customers.
2. Analysis and consulting: Leading large-scale client assessments of their business requirements, managing solutions systematically, and implementing structured approaches.
3. Project management: Planning, internal management, customer relations, deadline and risk management, quality control of deliverables, and profitability.
4. Sectorial expertise: Gaining a global understanding of customer issues and proposing industry-specific solutions (e.g., consumer goods, retail, travel).
5. Digital expertise: Analyzing and optimizing digital activities such as media buying, e-business, and on-site customer experience.
6. Educated to degree level.
7. Ability to work in an international environment.
8. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior clients.
9. Commercial thinking.
10. Experience managing a small team.
11. Good understanding of digital and data technologies.
12. Strong experience in project management or digital marketing within consulting firms, publishers of Business Intelligence, advertisers, or pure players.
