About the Role
As an
Apprentice Quality Technician
, you'll play a key role in supporting the development, inspection, and improvement of our quality standards. You'll gain hands-on experience while studying towards a recognised qualification, learning how to ensure our products and processes meet the highest standards for our global customers.
What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting quality assurance across manufacturing, supply chain, and customer service
* Analysing production data to identify trends and recommend improvements
* Monitoring and reducing internal scrap and rework
* Reporting and managing key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Participating in cross-functional teams for product development and quality improvement
* Collaborating with suppliers and customers on quality matters
* Providing support across all areas of the quality team
What We're Looking For
* A passion for engineering or manufacturing (some experience is a bonus)
* Strong communication and critical thinking skills
* A meticulous, detail-oriented approach
* A proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
* Confidence to take initiative and lead without formal authority
