Learning Support Assistant Key Responsibilities:
1. A Learning Support Assistant provides both classroom and one-on-one support to help students stay focused and engaged.
2. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will adapt learning materials and activities to meet the unique needs of students, including those with SEN such as autism or ADHD.
3. A Learning Support Assistant collaborates with the class teacher to tailor learning strategies.
4. As a Learning Support Assistant you will offer emotional support, boosting confidence and encouraging self-esteem.
5. Learning Support Assistants track and monitor progress, working closely with the school's SENCO to develop and review individualised support plans.
