Position: Teacher of History Location: BuryStart Date: Immediate Start Salary: £162.30 - £223.60 per day (Paid to scale) Employment Type: Full-time, Long-term (with potential extension)
Simply Education is currently working in partnership with a secondary school in Buryto recruit a Qualified History Teacher for a long-term, full-time role with an immediate start.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Qualified Secondary Teacher (QTS) seeking stability, career satisfaction, and the support of a dedicated education recruitment team.
Your Role:
Teach KS3 & KS4 History
Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that support student progress
Carry out full planning and marking duties
Maintain effective classroom and behaviour management
Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of different learners
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Specialism in History (or strong experience teaching History)
Experience working in a UK secondary school
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
A flexible, professional approach and commitment to student achievement
