Job Description:
Responsibilities:
* Processing employee master data onboarding, including Right to Work documentation.
* Exporting data, demonstrating confidence with systems and attention to detail.
* Processing employee master data changes, such as leavers and T&C updates.
* Troubleshooting and taking corrective steps to ensure prompt solutions.
* Creating accounts and managing access permissions on HR/Payroll and Scheduling systems.
* Completing references following company policies.
* Maintaining VISA checks in line with legislation.
* Responding to payroll-related queries via portal and shared inboxes.
* Coordinating onboarding with HR for criminal declarations and health checks.
* Overseeing automatic pension enrolment.
* Processing contractual payments related to TUPE colleagues.
* Handling ad-hoc payments, e.g., car share drivers.
* Supporting month-end payroll duties, such as payslip checks.
* Ensuring GDPR and data protection compliance.
Personal Specification:
* Previous HR and admin experience.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Multitasking and working under pressure without compromising quality.
* Intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
* Note-taking ability.
* Willingness to maintain competency for the role.
* Ability to work independently.
