·Provide expert guidance on wine storage, provenance, and investment potential, helping clients make informed decisions and reinforcing the long-term value of working with us as a trusted advisor in the fine wine space.
·Contribute to the achievement of team-wide sales and margin targets, ensuring personal performance aligns with annual commercial goals while supporting broader team success.
·Operate within a structured framework of KPIs related to customer acquisition, retention, and revenue generation. Strive to meet and exceed these metrics consistently.
·Maximise the commercial value of each client relationship through strategic upselling, cross-selling, and long-term portfolio planning, ensuring clients receive offers that align with both their preferences and the company’s commercial objectives.
·Collaborate closely with the broader sales and buying teams to stay informed on new arrivals, market trends, and inventory opportunities, ensuring client recommendations are timely and relevant.
·Maintain accurate and detailed client records using CRM systems, logging preferences, purchase history, and all communications to support a seamless and informed customer experience.
·Stay up-to-date with industry developments and market conditions, using this knowledge to inform client advice and drive better sales outcomes.

·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across a variety of stakeholders, both internally and externally.
·Highly numerate and exceptionally well-organised, with a strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to managing time and priorities.
