With a global portfolio covering logistics, retail, office, and industrial assets, the firm has a proven track record of delivering market-leading returns. As they embark on a new partnership, they're looking to bring in a senior finance lead to support the CFO with the firm's continued growth, and help implement institutional-grade reporting and analysis.
What will I be doing?
* Oversee the finance team, including reviewing work, hiring, training, and development
* Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process, including consolidation of overseas entities
* Review and analyse the Group's financial results, balance sheet, and cash flow, providing detailed commentary for consolidated reporting
* Lead the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts in line with group timelines
* Drive a major project to implement a new general ledger system – covering design, testing, and rollout
* Manage the Group's audit process from end to end

What do I need to apply?
* Qualified accountant (preferably audit trained)
* At least 5 years of post-qualified experience in a similar reporting role
* Prior experience in real estate (development, property management, fund management etc.)
* Advanced-level Excel skills
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent report writing and able to confidently liaise with a range of stakeholders
* Strong technical skills and knowledge of UK GAAP
* Proven stakeholder management experience and relationship building skills
