Your
role in our family:
* Maintain the highest
standards of cleanliness and presentation across all Spa, Pool, and
Fitness areas.
* Regularly check and
replenish towels, amenities, and refreshments in guest areas.
* Ensure pool and spa
facilities are operating safely
* Greet guests with warmth
and professionalism, offering assistance and directions as needed.
* Monitor guest activity
to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
* Assist with opening and
closing duties, ensuring the facility is ready for guests each day.
* Respond promptly to
guest requests to deliver a seamless and memorable experience.
What
would make you the perfect fit?
* Previous experience in a
cleaning, housekeeping, or similar role, with a strong eye for detail.
* A good level of English,
both written and spoken, to communicate confidently with guests and
colleagues.
* A naturally approachable
and friendly manner – you enjoy helping others and creating a welcoming
environment.
* A true team player
attitude, supporting and uplifting those around you.
* The ability to work
flexibly, with shifts scheduled between 6:00 am and 10:30 pm.
* Strong multi-tasking
skills – staying calm and organised even when things get busy.
