To be considered, you will have:
* A minimum of completed Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards a Diploma).
* Prior Leadership experience in long day-care
* Australian Citizen or PR
* Practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF (desirable)
* Current WWCC employee card for VIC state
* Can work full time with rotating shifts

About Guardian Torquay!
Guardian Childcare & Education Torquay (formerly Kids Club) is beautifully located by the beach, embracing the local community’s coastal surroundings via an amazing beach kinder program.
Since the program launched in 2016, children in the Centre have the opportunity to explore the community and ignite their curiosity for nature and the environment. Guardian Torquay also runs a more formal Kindergarten Program, led by university qualified Teachers who will help prepare your child for the transition to primary school.
