A Senior Building Surveyor opportunity based in London within a multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy. The role offers a salary of £60,000 - £70,000 and is a Permanent, Full-time appointment delivering commercial surveying and project-led instructions. The Senior Building Surveyor will support refurbishment, retrofit and building safety remediation projects across commercial property assets.
🎯 Responsibilities
* Lead building surveys, condition surveys and technical due diligence instructions
* Oversee refurbishment and retrofit projects and administer construction contracts
* Deliver asset management and planned preventative maintenance advice
* Manage EWS remediation and external wall system surveys
* Maintain client relationships and mentor junior team members
✅ Requirements
* Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
* FRICS, MRICS or AssocRICS qualified or working towards Chartership
* Minimum five years’ industry experience
* Experience across commercial property surveying instructions
* Ability to administer construction contracts and manage project delivery
