About the role:
We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Amazon Account Manager to take ownership of our Amazon Seller Central accounts across all marketplaces. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth, optimising performance, and ensuring operational excellence on the Amazon platform. The successful candidate will leverage Amazon Seller Tools, SEO strategies, and PPC campaign management to enhance product visibility and conversion. You will work cross-functionally to develop and implement strategies for promotions, product launches, and ongoing account improvements while ensuring full compliance with Amazon’s policies. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimise Amazon Seller Central accounts, across all marketplaces. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, increase sales, and drive profitability.
* Utilise Amazon Seller Tools and software to track, analyse, and optimise product listings, pricing, and advertising campaigns, providing weekly reports and insights.
· Ensure deals are submitted for key trade periods on Amazon and agree pricing strategy with key stakeholders.
· Monitor and evaluate the performance of promotional campaigns and advertising, making adjustments as needed to maximise their effectiveness.
· Running and optimisation of PPC campaigns to improve CTR, CVR and ACOS.
· Optimise SEO and digital marketing campaigns to improve organic visibility and drive targeted traffic through keyword research and copywriting.
* Manage and optimise product detail pages and storefront, including A+ content, alt text, descriptions, and keywords, to enhance visibility and conversion. Regular A/B testing to inform data driven decisions.
* Ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies and guidelines for product listings, advertising and certifications requirements
* Monitor inventory levels and sales performance to optimise stock levels and minimise stockouts or excess.
* Proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues related to product listings or order fulfilment on Amazon.
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Amazon's algorithms and operational best practices. Stay updated on Amazon’s latest tools, features, and policy changes to adapt and optimise our selling strategy.
* Monitor customer reviews and manage feedback to maintain a positive brand image and high customer satisfaction.
· Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, supply chain, and customer support, to ensure seamless integration across all functions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for product launches and promotions on Amazon.
Experience & Skills:
· Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts across multiple marketplaces.
· Experience in launching new products and scaling brands on Amazon.
· Strong understanding of Amazon’s algorithms, advertising tools, and Seller Central ecosystem.
· Hands-on experience with Amazon PPC campaigns, keyword research, SEO, and A/B testing.
· Proficient in using Amazon seller tools (e.g, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataHawk, etc.) to drive insights and optimisations.
· Solid knowledge of digital marketing and eCommerce best practices.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make performance based decisions.
· Experience with Amazon inventory and supply chain coordination.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience writing compelling product content and ad copy.
· Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· 3+ years of experience in an Amazon marketplace management role.
