Offer | £50,000 - £65,000 per annum
We are recruiting for a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a long-established, highly regarded high street firm with a strong presence across Central Bedfordshire and the surrounding villages.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Private Client practitioner to join a busy and well-supported team handling high-quality work for a genuinely high-net-worth client base. With offices located on prominent thoroughfares in key commuter towns, the firm benefits from a steady flow of returning clients, referrals and walk-in enquiries, resulting in a varied and engaging caseload.
The role will be primarily based across the Leighton Buzzard and Ampthill offices, with occasional work from the smaller satellite office in Flitwick as required.
Typical duties would include:
* Managing a varied Private Client caseload including wills, trusts and probate matters.
* Advising high-net-worth individuals on estate planning and wealth preservation.
* Drafting wills, LPAs and trust documentation.
* Administering estates from instruction through to completion.
* Supporting business development activity and maintaining strong client relationships.
The successful candidate:
* Has 5+ years PQE within Private Client.
* Has strong experience advising high-net-worth individuals.
* Is confident managing their own caseload of trusts and probate matters.
* Demonstrates excellent client care and communication skills.
* Has an interest in Court of Protection work (experience would be advantageous but not essential).
