Overview
Targeted Provision is a child‑centred company dedicated to reimagining support for vulnerable young people. Our mission is to raise the standard of education for children with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and PMLD. You will play a key role in working with schools and local authorities to plan and deliver flexible, trauma‑informed tutoring and mentoring for pupils from KS1 – KS5.
Responsibilities
* Plan and report lessons, providing regular feedback on student progress.
* Deliver core subject (Maths, English, or Science) tutoring in a trauma‑informed manner.
* Support a team and contribute to the SEND Support Team.
* Participate in CPD and employee mentoring programmes.
* Engage with community and company events for knowledge sharing.
* Use the Referral Programme to earn rewards for successful tutor referrals.
Experience
Minimum 2+ years teaching experience, ideally working with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD in a holistic, trauma‑informed setting.
Subjects
Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
Qualifications
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS).
Compliance
Enhanced DBS (facilitated if required) and two professional references.
Location and Pay
Henley‑in‑Arden, Warwickshire – £28–£35 per hour (contract). Must be based in the UK with right to work.
Safeguarding
Knowledge of safeguarding and ability to create a safe learning environment.
