The Role
Provide IT technical enablement and platform management for Customer Office AI and digital marketing capabilities. The immediate priority will be to build and operate an AI-powered tool to scale campaign output, personalization and brand consistency, reducing manual production effort while improving speed, quality, and adherence to brand standards across the full funnel. This is a creative enablement role using AI technology to enable the team to support the strategic business priorities.

What you’ll do
* GenAI Platform Management – manage the creative workbench and AI content/design tools used by the Customer Office for marketing output.
* Digital Marketing Automation – A/B testing, conversion optimization, and personalization capabilities.
* Platform Integration – connect AI and digital marketing tools into the wider technology ecosystem.
* Technical Enablement – serve as the IT enabler for the Digital Growth Lead and AI Design Solutions, ensuring they have the platforms and tooling to execute.
* Security & Governance Alignment – ensure all AI and digital marketing tools comply with Cornerstones IT security and governance standards.
What you’ll bring
* A powerful combination of AI awareness, marketing understanding, and operational thinking, with a passion for using technology to scale and improve how content is created. Understanding how marketing and creative teams work today – and more importantly, how they should work in an AI-enabled world.
* Comfortable working across GenAI tools, automation platforms, and MarTech ecosystems, with a strong instinct for brand, messaging, and creative quality. Ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams, translating business needs into practical, scalable solutions that teams actually adopt and use.
* Strong process and automation mindset, always looking for ways to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and create repeatable systems that drive efficiency and consistency. Thinking in terms of scale – turning one campaign into many without compromising quality.
* Confident stakeholder manager and change driver, able to bring teams on the journey as AI becomes embedded in marketing operations, influencing, educating, and building trust to ensure new ways of working land successfully and deliver real impact.
* A mindset of continuous improvement and innovation, turning emerging AI capabilities into practical, high-value solutions that enhance output, speed, and performance.
