Early Years Practitioner - Ealing Daily rate £15.00 per hour The chosen candidate will be part of the toddler room and responsible for : Planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities for children in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework Creating a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow Collaborating with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's learning journey Maintaining accurate records of children's progress and development Assisting with daily routines such as meal times, nappy changing, and rest periods Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for all childrenRequired Qualifications & Experience A Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare Health & Safety and safeguarding practices Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting i.e. a nursery or a primary school setting Knowledge of the EYFS framework and its implementation Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues Patience, empathy, and understanding of the needs of young children Ability to work collaboratively as part of a teamIf you are looking for either daily supply or for a part time/full time role, please contact Ayaz Ahmed at Tempest on (phone number removed) or email; with your CV to register your interest
