Customer Service Advisor – Customer Journey (Inbound Calls & Messaging) Location: Raynesway, Derby (DE21) Rate: £13.20 per hour Contract: 6 months Start Date: Immediate Morson Edge is recruiting on behalf of Severn Trent for Customer Service Advisors to join their Customer Journey team based in Derby. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong communication skills who enjoy supporting customers, handling inbound enquiries, and delivering a positive customer experience. The Role As a Customer Service Advisor within the Customer Journey team, you will be responsible for supporting customers through each stage of their journey and ensuring they receive clear, timely updates. Key responsibilities include: Handling inbound phone calls and text messages from customers Providing accurate updates and managing customer expectations Working closely with the scheduling team to ensure appointments and customer needs are met Delivering clear, professional, and friendly communication at all times Ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the customer journey About You A confident and professional communicator Comfortable handling inbound calls and written customer communication Well organised, proactive, and able to work effectively as part of a team Previous customer service, call centre, or contact centre experience is desirable but not essential How to Apply If you are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would like to hear from you.
