Pay: £20.26 - £23.30 per hour

Pertemps is thrilled to partner with Royal Mail, the nation's trusted postal service, to recruit HGV Class 2 (Category C) Drivers at their bustling Swindon Distribution Centre.
This festive season is one of the busiest times of the year - and we need drivers like you to help deliver Christmas joy across the UK! You'll be trunking parcels and mail between depots nationwide, with minimal manual handling and shifts planned 1 week in advance so you can balance work and life.
Whether you want full-time hours, part-time shifts, or occasional work, we've got flexible options to suit you - and you could be earning extra this Christmas!

What you'll be doing:
11. Driving HGV Class 2 vehicles across the Royal Mail network
12. Trunking parcels and mail between depots (no multi-drop!)
13. Maintaining high safety and professionalism standards
14. Following WTD and driver hours regulations
15. Performing vehicle checks and manual entries on digital tachograph cards
What we need from you:
16. Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence, held for at least 1 year with 180+ days' proven commercial driving experience
17. Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Cards are essential
18. Maximum of 6 penalty points (no DD/DR/IN/CD/TT endorsements)
19. Strong geographical knowledge & professional approach
20. Comfortable with manual tachograph entries
21. Willing to complete a DBS security check
22. Successful completion of site assessment and induction
