WHAT YOULL DOThe childrens emergency and trauma centre sees approximately 30,000 children and young people each year. The purpose build service is a standalone department offering the following facilities an acute assessment area with 11 glass fronted separate cubicles, an observational play area, a safe room, an 8 bedded separate paediatric short stay unit, childrens X-ray and a treatment/procedural sedation room as well as a dedicated Paediatric resuscitation bay within our Adult ED resus room.You will form an integral part of our multi-disciplinary team providing excellent, high-quality care to our paediatric population. You will be providing a high standard of individualised patient care demonstrating the Trust values through your work.Within a large teaching hospital, we are also the regional childrens major trauma centre.WHAT WERE LOOKING FORWe are looking for motivated and passionate nurses to join our friendly and dynamic team.
