Youll provide face-to-face support to people living with mental illness, helping them to: Build confidence and emotional resilience Strengthen relationships with family and professionals Develop skills for independent living Maintain a positive tenancy Some individuals may need help to manage challenges such as substance misuse, anti-social behaviour or offending-related risks. Youll respond proactively and work closely with housing, legal and criminal justice partners when needed. Youll also keep clear, accurate records - so confidence with IT, numeracy and writing is important. What Youll Have You have an understanding of mental health needs and a genuine desire to make a difference You stay calm and patient - even during challenging moments Youre confident communicating with vulnerable adults and other professionals Youre organised, reliable and able to work independently You have basic IT, literacy and numeracy skills Shift Patterns Our support runs 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Youll work a range of shifts, typically between 8am9pm, including weekends and bank holidays.
