The Role
We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to drive growth across South West / South Wales. This is a full-time, field-based role where you’ll own the territory, build strong relationships and grow both loyalty and new business.
You will
* Develop and execute your own sales strategy
* Build and nurture partnerships with kitchen retailers, fabricators and distributors
* Provide product training and support to our customers
* Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends and turn insights into opportunities
* Represent 1810 & Schock at trade shows and key events
* Consistently hit – and exceed – sales targets
* Keep Sales Force up to date

What you Bring
* Strong track record in sales, account management and relationship building
* Experience with kitchen retailers and fabricators (Must have)
* Established relationships with kitchen store owners, showroom managers, kitchen designers, and fabricators
* Sharp understanding of market trends and customer needs
* Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
* Self-motivation and ability to manage your own schedule
* Full driving licence
(Knowledge of sinks, taps and accessories is a bonus – we’ll get you up to speed.)
