* Pay Rate: £11.49 per hour
* Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
* Contracted Hours: 27.5 hours per week, 5 shifts per week, including some weekends

As a Care Assistant at our home, your role may involve:
* Supporting residents with personal care and hygiene, mealtimes, and daily activities.
* Promoting social engagement by encouraging residents to pursue their hobbies and interests.
* Providing emotional support and building meaningful relationships with residents.
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within the care home.
* Assisting with mobility and ensuring the physical well-being of residents.
* Participating in ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
* Working collaboratively with the team to ensure residents' individual needs are met.
* Contributing to the planning and delivery of engaging social activities.

What We’re Looking For:
* A positive attitude, with a warm and compassionate personality.
* A genuine interest in health and social care. Experience is a plus but not essential—training will be provided!
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Flexibility to work on a rota, including some weekends.
