Team Leader - Children\'s Homes at Witherslack Group
Salary: £39,680 - £46,944 assuming good attendance and up to 3 sleep-ins per month (up to £2,880 for sleep-ins per year) and attendance allowance up to £1,400 per year.
Working in our Children’s Homes means being a part of a young person’s day-to-day life, supporting them through highs and lows and helping them build pathways to become well-rounded adults. You will help ensure the home operates to high standards and you may deputise for the Registered and Deputy Managers. The role is rewarding and includes challenges alongside small moments that make a big difference.
Responsibilities
* Take care of our young people day to day, ensure things run smoothly, and create lasting memories.
* Support the staff team and ensure the home operates at high standards.
* Be prepared to deputise for the Registered and Deputy Managers when needed.
* Build relationships with young people, demonstrating compassion, emotional resilience, and a leadership mindset to inspire colleagues.

Qualifications
* A can-do attitude and strong teamwork
* Honesty and empathy for our young people and colleagues
* Resilience to handle challenging situations
* Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
* Level 3 Children’s Residential Care qualification
