The client is a long standing regional commercial law firm with a large office in central Leeds. They are a full service firm and have a great reputation in areas such as Corporate, Commercial, Property and Disputes.
Job Description
The Corporate Solicitor will deal with a range of work including;
3. Working on a range of deals including M & A, PE and corporate reorganisations
4. Advising on deals ranging from £10-50 million
5. Supporting clients across a range of sectors including insurance and retail
6. Working closely with the Partners
7. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal documentation.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Corporate Solicitor should have / be;
8. Solicitor in England and Wales likely to be around 1-3 years PQE
9. Strong knowledge of corporate law
10. A track record handling corporate transactions.
11. Ties to Leeds
12. Strong academics
13. An interest to work for a large regional law firm
