The team plays a vital role in supporting our 1,000‑strong salesforce across the UK and Ireland, helping the business run efficiently as we continue to grow. You'll build confidence, technical knowledge and business awareness while working towards your qualification and adding real value from day one. Roles are available across Sales Support, Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Opportunity Management and Commercial Sales Operations. Our process has four stages: Application > One-Way Video Interview > Virtual Assessment Centre > Final Stage Panel Interview. Initially, you'll be assessed for our Sales Operations area, focusing on your fit with Softcat, interest in the area, and transferable skills. At the Assessment Centre (from May 2026), we'll share the available apprenticeship teams. You'll be able to indicate a first choice, or we'll align you to where you're likely to make the greatest impact. Your final interview will then be for that specific role.
