Job Title: Social Media Executive (E-commerce, B2C & Fashion)

The Role
We are looking for a creative and commercially aware Social Media Executive with proven experience in content creation within e-commerce, B2C, and fashion brands.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how to create engaging, on-trend content that drives brand awareness, community engagement, and conversions.
You will play a key role in planning, creating, and managing social media content across multiple platforms, working closely with our creative and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
* Develop creative concepts aligned with brand identity and current fashion, e-commerce, and B2C trends
* Shoot and edit high-quality photo and video content (including Reels/TikToks)
* Manage day-to-day social media activity, including posting, community engagement, and inbox management
* Monitor performance metrics and optimise content based on insights and analytics
* Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and competitor activity within B2C and e-commerce markets
* Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns, launches, and brand strategies
* Support influencer outreach and collaborations where required
Requirements
* Proven experience in a Social Media Executive or similar role
* Strong background working with e-commerce, B2C, and fashion brands (agency or in-house)
* Demonstrable experience in content creation (photo, video, short-form content)
* Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, or similar
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok
* Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into action
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics
Desirable Skills
* Experience working within an agency environment
* Knowledge of paid social campaigns
* Influencer marketing experience
* Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify)
