Ground Worker - Arborist Team
Salary: Up to £34,000 (including overtime & emergency call-out rate)

At i dverde, we provide a range of Arboricultural Operations including tree removals, crown thinning/reductions/lifting, deadwooding and tree planting, as well as ongoing tree maintenance. You will need to have a keen focus on safe working practice, care and maintenance of arboricultural plant, vehicles and equipment and a passion for high quality tree care, with a can-do attitude.
We have multiple positions available at various levels, from Ground Worker to Skilled Climbers, so if this opportunity interests you and you know any experienced arborists who might be a great fit, feel free to invite them to apply with you! Previous experience of working in an Arborist team.
Excellent understanding of arboriculture and the ability to undertake operations safely and competently.
Awareness of safety protocols and procedures is critical to ensure the well-being of both the surveyor and others in the vicinity of trees being assessed.
CS30 / NPTC Unit 201 (City & Guilds Level 2 Certificate of Competence in Chainsaw Maintenance and Cross-cutting) and CS31 & CS32 / NPTC Unit 202 & 304 (City & Guilds Level 2 Certificate of Competence in Felling Small Trees over 80mm.
Full UK Driving License
