Our award winning client are establishing a great reputation for bringing a more modern approach to Property Sales – due to growth they are now looking to recruit a front of house Receptionist to their friendly team where you will act as first point of contact for all estate agency enquiries…
Key duties will include:
* Handling a high volume of phone enquiries – providing information on properties, scheduling viewings/valuations and giving clients a friendly, professional first point of contact
* Follow up calls to confirm viewings, gather feedback and schedule valuation appointments – nurturing client relationships
* Diary management – coordinating calendars, and keeping systems up to date.
* Front of house – welcoming clients to the office and giving a friendly and professional first impression, assisting with property enquiries and also managing the Reception area
* Administrative Support: Assisting the wider admin team as needed with general office tasks and data input.
Candidates should have confident experience in a similar font of house, call handling or reception role – any property experience is an advantage but not required, as full estate agency training will be provided. It’s essential though that you have strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly personality. You should ideally have an interest in property, love building relationships and enjoy the buzz of a fast paced sales environment.
Good starting salary of £24,500 + incentives. Full time permanent position working Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm with parking available at the office.
