Standards are high, ingredients are carefully sourced, and consistency is everything. This is a key leadership role within a structured, professional brigade. The Role As Sous Chef, you will: Support the Head Chef in the daily running of the kitchen Lead and motivate a brigade of Chefs de Partie and Commis Ensure smooth, consistent service across all outlets Maintain exceptional presentation and quality standards Assist with ordering, stock control and GP management Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations Help develop junior chefs and build a strong, positive kitchen culture Step up to run the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident in fine dining environments who thrives in a high-standard, structured kitchen.
