A leading, top 50 accountancy firm is seeking an Accounts Semi Senior, Senior or Assistant Manager to join its growing team. With a focus on healthcare clients, this is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with owner-managed businesses, providing high-quality accounting and advisory services. Role Responsibilities
* Prepare statutory accounts and associated tax computations for a portfolio of healthcare clients.
* Manage moderate to large assignments, ensuring work is completed accurately and efficiently.
* Liaise directly with clients to resolve queries and provide practical, commercial solutions.
* Review work prepared by junior team members before submission to management.
* Support and coach junior staff, providing feedback and aiding their development.
* Manage assignment timelines and budgets effectively.
* Support partners in delivering non-audit services and contribute to the growth of the healthcare offering.
Personal Requirements
* ACA or ACCA part-qualified or fully qualified.
* Experience within a UK accountancy practice preparing accounts and tax computations.
* Exposure to healthcare clients is essential.
* Strong understanding of VAT, including partial exemption.
* Confident in a client-facing role with strong communication skills.
* Experience using Sage, Xero and QuickBooks Online.
* Organised, proactive and keen to progress within a growing firm.
