Technical Partnership Manager

We are seeking a Technical Partnerships Manager on behalf of our client to lead in generating new business, managing key client relationships, and driving company growth. What You’ll Be Doing
1. New Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new opportunities within the IT/Networks sector, including industries such as festivals, conferences, exhibitions, and outdoor events.
2. Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
3. Sales Strategy & Proposals: Develop tailored sales strategies and proposals to meet client needs.
4. Event Networking: Attend industry events and conferences to establish partnerships and stay ahead of trends.
5. Sales Forecasting: Manage sales forecasts, track progress against goals, and work to meet KPIs and targets.
6. Operational Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery, quality standards, and financial goals.
7. Client Liaison: Engage with clients on-site and off-site to ensure smooth project execution and exceed expectations.
8. Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
9. Weekend Work: Occasional weekend work may be required for client meetings and industry events.
What We’re Looking For
1. Proven Sales Experience: Strong background in sales, business development, and account management, with a focus on client relationships.
2. Industry Knowledge: Experience or interest in the IT/Networks sector, with understanding of industry trends.
3. Client-Focused: Ability to engage clients, understand their needs, and provide effective solutions.
4. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders.
5. Commercial Acumen: Ability to make strategic decisions aligning client goals with company objectives.
6. Organisation & Detail: High attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple projects.
7. Pressure-Resilient: Ability to remain positive and focused under pressure, meeting deadlines and goals.
8. Event Experience: Previous experience in events, exhibitions, or related industries is a plus.
