As a Showroom Manager based in Worcester (WR3 8UA), you will be responsible for:
Responsibilities
* Running the day to day operations of the showroom embedded within the branch
* Utilising design tools to provide an end-to-end design and delivery service for bathroom customers
* Driving sales and service within the showroom
* Identify and develop initiatives to meet the needs of customers
* Striving to enhance the showroom experience and exceed customer expectations through delivering outstanding customer service
Qualifications
* Experience of sales and customer service within a showroom environment
* Knowledge of working with design software
* A proactive approach to sales, with experience in building new business opportunities
* Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with customers to understand their needs and desires
