Job Description
3. Lead, inspire & develop the Procurement team
4. Build strong supplier partnerships and negotiate competitive terms
5. Drive the procurement strategy to support growth and efficiency
6. Ensure reliable supply, quality standards & on-time delivery
7. Improve processes, systems, and cost performance
8. Work collaboratively with Sales, Operations, Finance & Warehouse teams
9. Use data to shape decisions and support continuous improvement
The Successful Applicant
10. Senior-level procurement or supply chain leadership experience
11. Strong negotiation and commercial skills
12. Proven ability to develop high-performing teams
13. Confident with ERP/MRP systems and data-led planning
14. Understanding of logistics & quality standards (e.g., ISO)
15. CIPS or related degree (preferred)
