In 2022, ARDATEM UK Pvt Ltd., was created in United Kingdom to provide engineering consultation services, particularly in the areas of I&C and Electrical for erection, commissioning & maintenance, including all site activities for the UK nuclear industry.
Job description
* Ensuring compliance with all applicable nuclear regulatory requirements and industry standards (ONR)
* Perform electrical engineering tasks throughout all project phases, including feasibility studies, conceptual design, basic and front-end design, detail engineering, and design.
* Develop internal standards and specific design criteria for electrical engineering projects.
* Prepare electrical specifications for packages, electrical user lists, electrical calculations, cable lists, and equipment lists.
* Develop specifications, datasheets, and material requisitions for electrical equipment such as generators, circuit breakers, switchgear, UPS, Emergency Generators, transformers, and cables.
* Review and develop discipline material quantity estimates.
* Design and select electrical motors, MV/LV panels, variable speed drive systems, rotating machine drives, transformers, and generators.
* Prepare electrical single line diagrams, wiring diagrams, and layouts for electrical rooms and substations.
* Define earthing requirements and design electrical auxiliary systems.
* Apply international standards for network synchronization of electrical generators.
* Manage electrical calculations and analyses of power consumption and electrical communications.
* Coordinate assigned work with other technical personnel as directed.
* Collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary engineering teams.

Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred.
* Highly experienced in working with UK nuclear regulatory authorities (ONR)
* Proven experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the industrial or infrastructure sector.
* Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, practices, and standards.
* Proficiency in relevant software tools for electrical design and analysis.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Professional engineering license (PE) is a plus.
* UK candidate, or with valid UK visa preferred but open to sponsorship also (international profiles)
