* Proficient in computer skills, ECDL or equivalent, Microsoft Office.
* Previous HCA/clinical assistant work/physio assistant experience.
* Able to demonstrate a good standard of education, preferably NVQ3 or equivalent, together with administration experience.
* Aware of the importance of equality, diversity, and rights.
* Awareness of the need for confidentiality in accordance with Data Protection Act and national/local guidelines.
Duties of this role include:
* Supporting Circle Integrated Care Clinicians to guide service users through their clinical pathway and ensure an outstanding experience of the service.
* Undertaking audit activity under the supervision of the Clinical Lead.
* Providing patient observations such as weight and height.
* Undertaking daily stock checks of medicines used within the clinics across Bedfordshire hub sites under supervision.
* Preparation and restocking of clinical rooms, including light cleaning duties.
* Reporting incidents to relevant personnel and via incident reporting systems.
