Overview
As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day to day running of Ravenhurst, leading a team of Care professionals and with a passion and commitment for delivering the highest standards of care to our residents. You will form strong relationships with staff, residents and their families and your presence in the home will be pivotal to its success.
Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, individualized care in line with residents’ care plans.
* Foster teamwork and a positive culture, supporting colleagues, residents and their families.
* Support and develop staff to deliver personalised care and maintain compliance with regulations.
* Ensure leisure and social activities are integrated into daily routines to enrich residents’ lives.
* Demonstrate kindness and support to residents, families and colleagues in all interactions.
* You will have previous experience in a residential setting, along with strong operational management experience. A current driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.

Salary and Location
* Salary Range £47,684.20 to £52,684.20 per annum, 40 hours per week.
