Responsibilities
* Assist in daily FOBO reconciliations for Equity and Fixed Income trades
* Support in identifying and flagging breaks for resolution
* Monitor exception queues and ensure timely processing
* Support confirmation processing and investigate mismatches
* Assist with instrument and client static data maintenance
* Manage Trade Support inbox and triage queries
* Investigate DK trades and escalate to the appropriate desk
* Monitor London Sales books and flag open positions
* Support FX exposure reporting and basic FX coverage queries
Qualifications
* Basic awareness of financial markets and securities is essential
* Competent in Microsoft Excel and office applications
* Exposure to Fidessa or Bloomberg is advantageous
* Good numerical and analytical skills, with an ability to follow processes
* Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
* Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
* Comfortable collaborating with colleagues across teams
* A curious mindset and eagerness to learn and investigate
* Ability to work within strict deadlines and manage priorities
* A collaborative and supportive attitude towards team goals
