Join a Legal 500 Firm with a progressive and commercially successful team known for its excellent client care and service. We are seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer with over 1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our Legal 500 ranked Commercial Property team.
Day to Day of the Role:
* Handle all aspects of Commercial Property Law.
* Establish and build strong client relationships.
* Take and action detailed instructions effectively.
* Work independently and within a supportive team environment.
* Manage interactions with the public, official bodies, and owner-managed businesses with professionalism and confidence.
* Maintain high standards of work under pressure, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 1+ year PQE in Commercial Property Law.
* Strong knowledge of SRA Accounts Rules, the SRA Handbook, and Outcome Focused Regulations.
* Excellent IT and communication skills.
* Ability to quickly absorb information from various sources.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
