* Arrange and manage the ordering of job specific materials and hire of plant and specialist equipment, ensuring availability and compliance with requirements.
* Act as the first point of contact between the operational team and senior management, providing updates, communicating priorities, and resolving escalations.
* Offer daily guidance and support to engineers and operational staff, promoting teamwork and resolving on-site or operational issues as they arise.
* Serve as a central link between engineers, clients, and management to ensure smooth job execution.
* Oversee high-value jobs and projects, ensuring delivery within budget, timescales, and customer expectations.
* Support operational planning and resource allocation to minimise downtime and maximise productivity.
* Maintain accurate job records and documentation, ensuring compliance with health & safety standards.
* Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, with a focus on service excellence and continuous improvement.

* Confident decision-maker, especially under pressure.
* IT literate (Microsoft Office, job management/scheduling systems).
* Full UK driving licence.
