Hours: Mon-Thurs 8:00-4:30 Fri 8:00-2:30
About the Role
We're recruiting a H&S Manager for a leading Belfast-based manufacturing & electrical company. This is a key leadership role where you'll take ownership of Safety, Health, Environmental & Quality performance across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead all Health & Safety compliance in line with HSENI legislation
* Manage and improve ISO systems (9001 / 14001 / 45001)
* Conduct audits, risk assessments & incident investigations
* Drive a strong safety & quality culture across the site
* Oversee quality performance, CAPA & continuous improvement
* Ensure full environmental compliance & sustainability initiatives
What We're Looking For
* NEBOSH Certificate (Diploma desirable)
* Proven SHEQ / HSEQ experience in manufacturing or engineering
* Strong knowledge of ISO standards & H&S legislation
* Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
