Behaviour Support Worker - Secondary SEMH Provision Location: Havant Contract: Full-time, Permanent Start Date: ASAP Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm Pay: From £14 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications) A specialist SEMH secondary provision in Havant is seeking calm, resilient, and relationship-focused Behaviour Support Workers to join its dedicated team. The school supports young people who may have experienced disrupted education, trauma, anxiety, or challenges engaging with mainstream education, offering a structured and nurturing environment where pupils can rebuild confidence and re-engage with learning. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting teenagers to develop emotional resilience, positive behaviour strategies, and a strong sense of belonging through trust, consistency, and trauma-informed practice.
