An exciting opportunity to lead 10 rural parishes, near to Oxford and the growing town of Bicester and with easy access to London.
We are looking for someone who can:
* Work with our PCCs and congregations to discern where God is leading in this place;
* Help us to live lives faithful to the Gospel, and to grow as Christians;
* Engage with a wide variety of people within and without the Church to build up our village communities;
* Encourage what is good and develop opportunities for improvement.
We can offer:
* Warm and welcoming churches and villages;
* A supportive Ministry Team and lay leadership;
* Some experienced lay worship leaders;
* Two Church of England Primary schools, with strong connections to the Church;
