Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Salary: GBP65,000 : GBP70,000

Are you an experienced, detailed orientated Senior Quantity Surveyor?
Would you enjoy working for a National specialist sub contractor?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business who are delivering specialist new build systems across a range of different sectors, with projects including commercial, education, healthcare and residential up to the value of GBP5million per project. Your background as a sub contractors Quantity Surveyor will be essential as youll be working with a main contractor and developer client group, ensuring every detail of each project is covered.
We would welcome conversations with Senior Quantity Surveyors who:
* Have a background working for a sub contractor : Structural framing and external envelope experience would be highly advantageous
* Are proficient in writing and reviewing construction JCT contracts to a high standard
* Can lead contract negotiations from an early stage
* Possess strong communication skills across all levels
* Are willing to travel to projects when required
* Will demonstrate a solid background in creating detailed contract clauses
* Hold at least 7 years experience
