Job Description:
Support Worker Young Adults Residential Care
Location - DE1, Derby
Hours - Full time 37hrs per week
Wake Night contracts available

About the Role
You will be working in one of our Young AdultsResidential Care homesin a warm, supportive environment, caring for Young Adults from the age of 18 - 65, with learning disabilities, Autism, ADHD, and other complex needs. Our mission is to provide a safe, nurturing space for children to learn, grow, and enjoy fulfilling lives.
Shift Details:
Wake Nights
Includes alternate weekend shifts
Responsibilities:
Provide a caring, consistent home environment for each young person
Empower young adults to achieve goals, build confidence, and develop independence
Serve as a positive role model
Promote equality and diversity
Ensure all health, educational, and care needs are met
Qualifications & Experience
Hold or be willing to work towards Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care
Experience with children or Adults with moderate to severe learning disabilities, physical disabilities, Autism, ADHD, complex needs and related behavioural challenges.
Skills & Attributes
