The Role As Production Supervisor, you will take full ownership of assembly and machining activities across our operations areas. You'll drive performance, improve processes, and support the growth and development of your team, ensuring operational excellence every day. This is a highly visible role where you can influence change, deliver results, and shape the future of production performance. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate and develop your team to achieve operational targets Support the development and implementation of manufacturing policies and procedures Monitor, analyse and improve key operational KPIs Drive Lean manufacturing initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency Develop team capability through training and upskilling Lead operational improvement projects from concept to delivery Work collaboratively with Planning to optimise production output Communicate challenges, solutions and progress effectively to stakeholders Provide cross-functional support when required About You You are an engaging and proactive leader who enjoys working in a hands-on manufacturing environment. You inspire others through clear communication, strong decision-making, and a positive approach to change. Ideally, you will have: Experience in a manufacturing or production environment Proven leadership and team management experience Strong communication and collaboration skills A results-driven, decisive approach The ability to foster a positive and high-performance culture Lean or TPM qualification (desirable but not essential)
