About the Role

This role is more than just answering calls; it’s about putting the fun back into our guests' holidays. If things aren’t going as planned during their break, you’ll be the one to help get everything back on track. Using your empathy and problem-solving skills, you’ll understand what went wrong and ensure that all feedback and tasks are logged and followed up with our guests. You’ll become an expert in everything that makes our guests’ holidays special, and we’ll support you every step of the way. This isn’t a scripted role; we want you to bring your unique self to work every day and engage with our guests in a meaningful way. To thrive in this role, you’ll need a proficient telephone manner, excellent customer service skills, and the confidence to offer solutions that enhance our guests' experiences.
About You
Shift Patterns
Our Guest Services Team operates 7 days a week, and you’ll be working on a rota of 5 out of 7 days. As a Guest Services Team Member Plus, your week will include cleaning our accommodations on Mondays and Fridays while delivering fantastic service to our guests enjoying their holidays. No two days will be the same! You’ll relish the variety of working alongside different team members and interacting with a diverse range of guests. This is a full-time permanent role.
The working pattern for this role includes: Team Member Plus across Accommodation and Guest Services. Cleaning in Maple Walk on Mondays and Fridays from 10:00 - 15:00 (with a 15-minute break). A 60-minute break before your shift in Guest Services from 16:00 up to 21:00 (occasionally later). Three other working days within the remaining 5 (including weekends). Live-in accommodation is available for those who may need to relocate.
