As we accelerate growth across Parcels, Express, International and Letters, we’re looking for an exceptional New Business Sales Director to take ownership of our national acquisition strategy. What you’ll be doing

* Leading and inspiring a high‑performing national sales team
* Driving strategic prospecting and major client acquisition
* Owning pipeline, forecasting and performance excellence
* Partnering across Product, Pricing, Marketing, Operations & Tech
* Embedding data‑led decision making and commercial discipline
* Acting as a senior commercial voice on key growth initiatives

You’re a senior sales leader with a track record of delivering sustained growth and winning complex deals.

You likely bring:

* Deep expertise in ecommerce, parcels or logistics markets
* Experience leading multi‑channel sales teams at scale
* Strong executive presence and stakeholder credibility
* A passion for building high‑performing teams and developing talent
* The ability to lead through change in fast‑paced environments
