Your main purpose
Daily sales calls to travel agents and representation of Sani and Ikos Resorts at roadshows, trade and consumer events, including the delivery of joint consumer events with agency partners.
Creation and management of Top 50 travel agents, developing individual business development strategies to drive bookings, revenues, and ADR growth.
Support regional strategy to increase revenues and ADRs by helping travel agents develop business strategies for Sani Resort and Ikos Resorts, and in particular the Sani Suite Collection/Ikos Deluxe Collection via utilisation of sales tools available.
Proactive servicing, education, and relationship-building with travel agents within assigned territories, targeting identified high-wealth "hotspots" to increase bookings and market penetration.
Identification and development of new corporate and high-net-worth clients (e.g. bankers, lawyers) booking through selected agency partners, while ensuring full engagement, training completion, and active usage of the B2B portal.
Development of strong partnerships with key consortia and tour operators, close coordination with Head Office in Greece, organisation of FAM trips and site inspections, and provision of structured UK market feedback through weekly and monthly reports.
What will you bring?
Proven expertise in delivering UK growth plans, translating strategy into actionable.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.3 to 5 years of Travel Industry experience.
To have worked in a similar role in the UK and within the Travel Industry for at least 3 years.
Extensive knowledge of packages such as MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Deep knowledge of the UK travel landscape, including building and sustaining partnerships with luxury travel agents, tour operators, and other external stakeholders.
Proficiency in English is a must. Other languages are desirables.
