Job Description
1. Provide legal counsel on sanctions and international trade regulations to clients across various industries.
2. Analyze and interpret complex legal documents, policies, and regulations related to international trade and sanctions.
3. Assist clients in developing and implementing compliance programs and strategies.
4. Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate potential legal exposure.
5. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
6. Stay updated on changes in international trade policies and sanctions laws to provide accurate advice.
7. Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and reports.
8. Represent clients in negotiations and regulatory proceedings, if required.
